Why Pluto isn’t a planet

The word planet was never defined until 2006 when International Astronomical Union defined it as:

A planet has to be:

1- Spherical.

2- Rotates around the sun.

3- Cleared the space around it.

Pluto obeyed the first two but not the third. Pluto is a part of what we call the Kuiper Belt. A group of icy dwarf planet beyond Neptune.
